Our 30-Day Quality Promise

At Killstreak Collective, we're committed to delivering museum-quality artwork that preserves your gaming memories. Every print is carefully produced and inspected before shipping.

If your framed print arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right - free of charge.


What's Covered

We'll provide a free replacement within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Manufacturing defects: Errors, damaged frames, or structural defects in materials
  • Shipping damage: Broken glass, bent frames, or other transit-related damage
  • Incorrect item: Wrong map or size shipped

What's Not Covered

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Color or style preferences ("doesn't match my decor")
  • Size expectations (please reference product dimensions before ordering)
  • Customer error (incorrect shipping address, etc.)

All product dimensions, materials, and specifications are listed on product pages.


How to Request a Replacement

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@killstreakcollective.com
  2. Include your order number and describe the issue
  3. Provide photo evidence showing the defect or damage
  4. We'll review your request and respond within 1-2 business days

If approved: We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
